Forged In Hell
Forged In Hell is a project created by Keegan Rapp and Will Jenkins and is aimed at grouping 100 influential albums that helped shape metal music and putting them into poster form. This poster explores many facets of Metals by including genres, colors, iconography, and extensive research. Bands and their albums are presented with an icon to showcase which sub-genre they were influential in and are presented to invoke a music festival/concert poster. From the top 10 most influential to bonus albums that do not necessarily follow a sub-genre, this list incorporates everything important to what it means to be a metalhead. This poster also includes a Spotify link that has all albums listed in descending order from top to bottom so you can listen along as you move through the list.
Note: Some bands on this list promote hateful ideas and beliefs that Keegan and Will do not share or believe in. These beliefs are not represented in this project and those bands are only recognized in this list based on their music. Please make sure to do your own research before and after engaging in this list.
