Duck Creek Woodworks is a woodcrafting business based in Ohio. Ryan Story, founder of this business, handcrafts wooden objects to bring life into otherwise simple pieces of wood. Whether big or small these creations are made to the specifications of his customers as well as to his own standards or excellence. Together with his family he has been able to grow his business and venture out to put his passions to the test. This logo strives to incorporate his most important values on life and his craft. It incorporates equal parts wood and tools to show the balance between mankind and nature as well as a duckling family to show how his connection with family is at the forefront of what he does. The colors chosen are direct samples of wood and blend perfectly to show the beauty that comes from nature and how Ryan can shape it.
